Flair & Fine Care participated in Source Kids Disability Expo, Melbourne Chapter, on 18th and 19th June. This expo is a unique event focussed on children, youth and young adults living with disability, and brings together the latest products, services, and technology under one roof. It gives parents, carers and professionals the rare opportunity to meet and inquire about the services according to the individual needs.
Being a NDIS registered provider of support workers, Flair & Fine Care had the opportunity to showcase our unique and person-centred approach to thousands of inquisitive and devoted special needs families, and the community that supports them. We proudly flaunted our vision to provide the most suitable support workers that improve the participant’s and carer’s experience, and how we could work with the Participants and their carers’ needs so they can live their best life inside and out.
Starting from the selection of branded, promotional items for the visitors, till the bump out event, it remained an excellent teamwork. Anmol and Gurjeet attended the Bump In event to set up the booth no.125, with all accessories and branded gift items. Their enthusiasm was evident by their glowing faces we could see by dozens of pictures they sent through. Mandy and Giuseppe acted as charmers on Saturday, 18th June. Some of the visitors loved their energy, and some loved their interaction with little kids, brining smiles on their lovely faces. John and Irene pulled the game on Sunday, 19th June. John could not hold his innocent, child-like self while offering the lollipops and chocolates to the little ones, while Irene provided the parents and carers the information about the services we provide. Last but not the least, it was a great experience to meet other providers of the same industry. Ramna attended the networking session to introduce Flair & Fine Care as its Marketing and Relationship Manager. It was a great opportunity to focus on the brand awareness, increase the data base, acquire new clients and maintain brand exposure. We were thrilled to be the part of Expo, and to share our story of progress towards excellence with the audience, step by step.
